I had discussion with couple of questions related to immigration/student visa etc. Questions are answered very well with yes/no answers. But the questions which was little broader (means not specific to yes/no answers) and need explanation are not covered during that discussion. I was expecting that during that time at least the kids age-out date will be calculated based on our data but for that, an extra charges needs to pay.
