I spoke with Brett and was amazed at his incredibly patient and communicative and transparency in providing me with several options in reference to my legal issue.
Brett answered the phone, he asked pertinent questions, walked me through the process, explained what he required following our initial phone conversation to start a file, AND to be in touch once our auto was repaired.
I just sent him the information he requested, he sent his appraiser out to see how much of a hit my car took as far as value goes and within a few weeks, I received a call from Brett letting me know the insurance carrier for the person who hit my car, had sent the amount requested and I would be receiving a check!
