What I enjoyed the most about the training was how intentional the instructor was from the start.
All of the staff and instructors are incredibly kind and welcoming, they make you feel right at home as soon as you walk through the front doors and they make sure treat you like family.
The all-in-one course and the HTSO course are absolutely the best courses that can get you started in this field.
The instructors break it down step by step and give you ample amout of time to learn, before moving onto the next lesson or task.
They will ensure that you as the student experience as much real life experience and stress the job requires to make you as competent as possible to deal with all the fastballs this profession can throw at you.
As always ESS has met expectations and exceeded them with the HTSO course from the instructors to the students I couldn’t have asked for a better class.
The All in One EP course was a mixture of a refresher to dial in on techniques as well as new techniques to add to my tool box for future EP work.
I’ve never experienced such a great group of leaders with the dedication and commitment that ess provides.
