John explained everything and the exam was very fast and efficient.
Ballard is extremely professional, and explained the entire process before we even began the test.
I was really nervous to go in and get a polygraph test done, John was very relaxed and took his time to explain in detail the way the test works and what the questions are for.
I have never participated having a polygraph done and although I had an idea what it possibly would be like having watched TV; but actually, going through the experience was a lot more in death then I could ever imagine.
John was able to be a professional mentor, a source of knowledge, and a guiding light that made my process comfortable.
I did not expect to have had the experience of taking this test like I did with John he is very respectful and honest the techniques he has from years of doing this shows I highly recommend him in any case
