I have had the opportunity to retain Paul on several occasions for various legal matters and he has not disappointed me yet.
Some drama during the process but we managed to deal with them and he always looks out for my interests even though the buyers were nasty to deal with.
He responds to my emails, gets back to me/knows what he’s doing and answers all my questions.
The closing was virtual, which was new for us, but he made the process so easy that we were unsure it actually happened!
He helped me navigate the Surrogate's Court of NYC, presided over the sale of a New Jersey property my brother owned, and was always a calming voice when I would become overwhelmed with my "job" as Administrator of the Estate.
