She was thorough, compassionate, understanding, and patient!
Stephanie is very personable and easy going, the process seemed more like working with a friend/family member than just another attorney.
We hadn't thought about them needing it even in their 20's without kids of their own, but Stephanie pointed out that once they're over 18 we can no longer automatically as their parents make medical decisions or even see their medical records without permission in place.
When we started off the process we came with a huge list of questions to which Stephanie showed her incredible knowledge by thoroughly answering every item we had.
The wife and I decided we needed to update and/or complete documents such as our Wills, Living Wills, Power of Attorney for Medical and other, well, let me just say everything to do with one’s estate living or deceased.
I cannot tell you the relief that we felt signing the documents, knowing that we had a plan in place and that our children would be taken care of should something happen to us.
We were very pleased with her professionalism in handling all of our estate.
The final product was very well executed and my husband and I are now able to sleep a little better at night knowing that Stephanie has taken great care of us and our estate!
