Sentiment Analysis
If you are looking for an immigration attorney he is by far the best!
Since then, I've had some life changes for the better (un-related to Brett's or Jenn's great work) but Brett gave me a heads up that could've cost me over $10k without his advice, and Brett still didn't ask for anything more.
I sent her an email or two with all the facts I thought were relevant to the case, provided all the documents she asked for, and answered her questions -- then she produced a polite, polished yet devastating reply to the erstwhile plaintiff's attorney.
I found the fees to be quite reasonable for all the work he had to do, as was the payment arrangements.
He was so knowledgeable about my options and gave me several game plans to choose from along with the likely outcomes.
After presenting the letter that Dan had drafted to our board we were able to keep our trees planted and several of the other members in our community apologized for what the situation turned into.
Brett let us know that the way our previous attorney had handled this property had caused us to have a significantly higher settlement responsibility in the bankruptcy.
If you are experiencing financial problems, and need a Bankruptcy, I fully recommend you give Brett Witter a call in Tacoma, Wa.
Brett walked us through all of it and was super helpful and guiding us to gather the documents to complete the audit.
If I ever need an attorney in the future I would not hesitate to use Daniel Walk or this firm.
