Reflecting on my experience in the Journey to Mastery Coaching Certification program, the most critical experience were the mastermind, practicums, and group coaching sessions facilitated by Executive, Team & Culture coach, Regina Zafonte.

After working with her I realized how to better tap into my energy, apply it in work and personal settings, and tools needed to continue to grow as a leader.

Regina provided that critically informed perspective that enabled me to advocate for myself and move forward to the best opportunity and I couldn't have done it without her help.

Over the last few months, Regina has helped me regain control of my career, specifically to navigate tough conversations, manage complex business objectives, understand myself and my values as a leader, strengthen my team, and skillfully communicate my work up and across my organization.

She offers the perfect blend of challenge, support, encouragement, and inspiration to help us continue our growth and development so we can level up the services we offer to our clients.

I also appreciate and am inspired by Regina’s thirst for feedback and drive to further grow as a master coach and facilitator.

By the end of the session I had a workable solution which I've since been able to try out a number of times, making modifications along the way.

When I started to go down a rabbit hole, she helped me clarify what I wanted and to work down that path.

My thoughts were all over the place so it was valuable when she summarized them in a way that made more sense and gave me clarity on the big picture plan for growing my business as well the next steps.
