John was ultimately afforded the opportunity to return to Wyoming and form what became Overstreet Homar & Kuker in 2013. For over 22 years, Mr. Kuker continues his practice advocating for clients in the business law arena and other areas mentioned above. His daily workload entails everything from orchestrating real estate transactions to commercial contract litigation to resolving business disputes between small to mid-sized companies without litigation. Mr. Kuker was also partner/lobbyist in The Zelos Group, LLP, and drafted several bills passed by the Wyoming Legislature.
