My provisional patent has been submitted and I will hopefully have my invention "Patent Pending" in a few weeks.
I am always doubting the validity of reviews I see on the internet, but if you are reading this and would like an 'actual' reference, just ask Brad for our contact info and I'd happily confirm directly.
He was very responsive and thorough (much better than a patent attorney firm I used on a previous patent), and he understands very well how to properly write up claims (out of 20 claims for the invention we did not get a single rejection from PTO which is extraordinary).
