Please note: We're not accountants. Will answer labor questions to the best of our knowledge. We inform all our clients of major LAW changes that pertain to all businesses. If you need specific labor questions answered and or assistance in-laws that are solely for your business, we can refer to an outside HR Service Company. As long as your processing payroll regularly, we assume all responsibility in filling four quarters for the calendar year, process, and pay all your payroll taxes on your behalf. If, for any reason, you stop using our services will assume you've made other arrangements, Payroll Plus, WILL then NOT be responsible for penalties due to notfiling quarterly reports promptly with the IRS/EDD.
