Even considering using a service like this is unnerving and feels surreal but John immediately put me at ease and made me feel like I was not alone, not a victim, and had some power in this situation.
Staff was punctual and professional.
This personally helped me as I was more receptive to the information provided and not crushed as the information was life changing and much needed for me to move on.
Dom and Pete not only made us feel safe and secure, they showed a keen understanding of our family's needs and were a pleasure to deal with.
But that’s not the only reason , the best part was , he was communicating and send me some pictures while he was working which made me feel very relief that the job was being accomplished .
