I have litigated cases in almost every type of venue in the State of Oregon. I have tried cases before Municipal Courts, Justice Courts, many of the Circuit Courts in Southern Oregon and Federal Court. I have argued cases in bankruptcy court, Oregon Court of Appeals and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
