If this is your first DUI offense, a few of your obligatory penalties are jail time, fines, and license revocation. The minimum sentence is 48 hours to 11 months in jail, and your probationary period will approximately be a full year. Although it is your first offense, your license will be restricted, or revoked for a year. Depending on your blood-alcohol level, and whether you destroyed public property you will pay a $350 to $1500 fine. Under Tennessee law, an ignition interlock device is required for at least a year, or for the duration of your license revocation if it exceeds a year. It is obligatory to attend DUI school, or a victim impact panel, in Tennessee.

Huge shout out to this guy I was so scared about the tickets I had gotten on my bike the day before going to cdl school for a new job he got them all dismissed to court cost I would reccomend this man and his associates to any one !!!!!
Please, if you are looking for an attorney that will listen and represent your interest, look no further, choose Paul and your future will thank you later.
Really nice man and his receptionist is a total sweet heart, very curtious.
I would recommend anyone looking for a lawyer to call him and setup a appointment to retain him.
Hensley did a great job communicating my options, what he could do for me, and the money side of things.
Awesome and very personal
Had a ticket with 4 violations including reckless, and he got me dismissed just on one court cost.
Smollett should have hired him
Highly recommended to anyone in need of an attorney for either criminal or civil litigation.
I used him once years ago, probably the most rational attorney I've ever delt with, I'm going to be contacting again in a few days..
