Rick was communicative through the entire process from attorney review, repairs needed, any amending we needed done to the contract to close asap, to the day of the closing.
He answered all of our questions as first time buyers and coordinated communication with our real estate agent as well.
We had all kinds of questions and even some "unknown unknowns," and he was our chief resource for doing things correctly and feeling cared for in a process so new to us.
Rick worked with the Seller's attorney to get through attorney review quickly, explained the process in a way that we could understand and worked so well with our Agent.
