Can anyone hire you, or just Law Firms?

We opened our doors to public hire about 5 years. Anyone with a problem or needing a matter investigated can hire our firm. Prior to 5 years ago we only did problem solving and investigation work for law firms and companies.

Do we get pay your firm after the work is done or before?

All our work is handled through a retainer. Our initial quote will serve as the retainer amount and once it is paid, we work off of that. Any amount not used during the investigation is returned to the client as stated in our investigation agreement.

How is Black Spear Intelligence different from other PI firms?

We have a diverse staff of highly skilled investigators and problem solvers that allows us to not only engage in simple investigation work, but to delve into multi-layer, complex problem solving. Our experience, technology and approach make us rise to the top.

What is the process to get started?

We make that part easy. We start with a phone or office consult to determine your objectives in the investigation. We give you a quote for services and then send you the digital investigation agreement. Once we get it back, we enter your case into our case portal that you will have login credentials to and then we sent you the invoice for the retainer. The whole administrative process can be handled in a very short amount of time.
