Recently in our Brandon and Tampa communities, we held a donation drive at our office to support those affected by Hurricane Ian. Thank you to everyone who contributed or lent a helping hand – we were overwhelmed with gratitude at the number of donations our friends, families, clients, and community gave. A big thank you to all of our volunteers, who loaded the donations into U-Haul trucks, and drove them down to North Port. We were really happy to have partnered with a local food pantry to help distribute the donations to families in need, getting supplies to those affected most by the disaster. During this time, the food pantry expanded their operations to provide not only free food to families in need, but all essentials: clothes, toiletries, baby essentials, pet supplies, clean-up tools, etc. It really was an amazing effort from inspiring members of the community, trying their best to get families back on their feet. Hurricane Ian is said to have been the most devastating hurricanes in the region since 1935, and caused over $50 billion dollars in damage. We are proud to be working with organizations across the Tampa Bay area to play a small part in helping those affected recover.
