With that being said, WIA Investigation is committed to the safety of our customers and office staff. Due to concerns related to the Corona Virus ( COVID-19 ), we are implementing the following measures to ensure we minimize the possibility of exposure to the virus and remain operational to fulfill our customers’ needs. CLOSED-DOOR POLICY: The office door will remain locked during business hours. Please knock on the door and one of our staff will come to assist you as quickly as possible. Please stand at least 3 feet away from the door until we invite you inside. LIMITED PATRON POLICY: We will be limiting the number of people in our lobby to maximize the distance between patrons. Overflow patrons will be asked to wait outside until we can accommodate them. MASK POLICY: You will need to have a self-supplied surgical style mask and put it on before entering the lobby. The scarcity of these masks makes it impossible for us to supply them. If you don’t have a mask, you can use a self-supplied scarf, bandanna, or a T-shirt (rolled and folded) that covers both your nose and mouth. HAND SANITIZER POLICY: You will be required to use self-supplied hand sanitizer after entering the lobby and before touching the equipment. The scarcity of hand sanitizer makes it impossible for us to supply it.
