Simple assault has two different definitions and can be prosecuted in two ways: 1) as the use of force or violence to injure or attempt to injure someone; or 2) as a threatening act that reasonably would create fear in another person, committed with the intent to cause injury or create fear, with the apparent ability to injure. Assault with significant bodily injury is charged when the injuries to the complainant require hospitalization or immediate medical attention. Aggravated assault is the most serious of assault charges. Assault is considered “aggravated” if it causes a substantial risk of death, obvious disfigurement, extreme physical pain, or unconsciousness.

Sentiment Analysis
If I were to ever need a lawyer, I would feel extremely fortunate if he were to represent me.
He has provided quality service & support to us & indeed puts the client's best interest first.
I had the privilege of his mentorship years ago, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
During a stressful time of unknowns, it was refreshing to know that they were just a phone call away.
David use to come to advanced tennis clinics I taught a few years back now and I have referred several people looking for a lawyer to him and his firm.
As a follower of his legal career over the years, I've been thrilled and not at all surprised to learn about him winning many critical cases for clients, improving their lives immeasurably.
He was never one to shy away from what's right for what's easy, which makes him one of the most honest and tenacious lawyers you'll find.
What sets him apart is not only his incredible trial skills but also that he knows how to negotiate with the government while still representing his clients to the utmost.
Not surprised at all by the type of law he is doing, fighting for justice.
He is passionate about his work, and I'm certain Dave would address each of his client's needs with a sound, measured, sensitive and individualized approach.
