Our clients have access to a secure portal, which is integrated via email, where necessary documents are uploaded and viewed. We utilize Adobe Sign for all engagement letter signatures, and AssureSign for all of the tax return signatures, to ensure IRS-approved knowledge-based authentication procedures are followed.

Once you decide to work with us, we will send out an engagement letter detailing the scope of work and pricing. The letter will also clarify obligations and expectations of both parties. Both accounting and tax preparation services require a signed engagement letter to commence work.

For the convenience of our clients, we accept electronic payments via QuickBooks Payments, which can easily be settled directly when you receive your invoice. Cash, check, or PayPal are also accepted. Invoices are billed upon completion of the engagement and are due upon receipt.
