I've been slammed for a couple weeks but what a doozy of a couple weeks from a Seattle sports:nnSounders lost 1-0 to LAFC. LAFC played well, the Sounders created opportunities, but I've never heard a stadium react to a referee that way. That was crazy - not the reason the Sounders didn't advance.nnThe Huskies won the P12 Championship, are in the College Football Playoffs and are playing Coach Sark (UW coach from 2009-2013). Saw an info graphic that every state besides Michigan, Texas, Alabama and Florida is rooting for the Huskies. Florida is rooting for FSU who didn't make the CFP but still has a shot at a national title IF a one loss Alabama or Texas team wins the CFP and FSU beats Georgia.nnWAIT WASN'T THE CFP SUPPOSED TO END THIS DEBATE?!?nnAdditionally, the Seahawks and Kraken have fallen apart - Lots of losing close games. The Kraken keep shooting themselves in the foot with bad turnovers and sloppy play. They simply aren't scoring in 5 on 5 like they did last year. Some regression was expected but they outshot the Devils by a 2-1 ratio and lost 2-1 despite a flurry of chances in the 3rd period.
