How much do you charge?

Your investment would be based on the severity of your documents provided. Average client prep fees are $350 and up based on w2 client vs a business client. The bank charges back office fees that can't be negotiated. Our office can only be subjective to the prep fees.

How long does it take to complete my return?

If all paperwork is provided to complete the return we allow our clients to give our office 24-48 hours to complete the return then to set up final consultation before submission.

Why is my refund reduced?

Refunds can be reduced for several reasons. Majority of the reasons are from previous debts with federal or state taxes, educational debt, child support to name a few. If there is a debt that you are aware of or unaware of it will be deducted from any positive refund until the balance has been paid in full.

Do you file previous year returns?

Yes, our office can assist you with filing previous years. Any previous year is an out of pocket expense starting at $250 and up per year unless prep fees can be covered in the current year prep fees. The IRS can electronically file the last 3 years and any year previous can be completed electronically but must be mailed (certified mailed with a signature) to the IRS department for that state from the taxpayers discretion.

How do I withhold taxes on my W2?

When completing your hiring paperwork you must complete the W4 document to withhold taxes to ensure that taxes will report on your W2 at the end of the year.
