Let's stop talking about virtual, hybrid, in person, work titles.nnLet's recognize our shared humanity and see each other as people in living color (at work, at home, in our families, in our communities, in the check out line, in a global pandemic and on this planet).n nLet's get vulnerable. nnLet's explore what trust, compassion, inclusivity, coaching, development, respect, accountability, winning, etc. can look like for the future.nnLet's embrace the creativity of the pandemic and be willing to explore ALL the ways that we can be intentional connectors and effective leaders and put our energy behind what will be most impactful.nnLet's stop asking what will work best for us as leaders and listen to what our teams are asking of us to be their best.
