Pittman & Steele, PLLC, a Burlington-based law firm, is seeking a front desk receptionist to join our office. The front desk receptionist is the most important role in the office. The receptionist is the first person to interact with clients; first impressions are everything! The receptionist serves as a role model for service excellence and improves the client experience by providing caring and compassionate customer service to our clients, other attorneys and legal professionals. As the initial point of contact, the receptionist sets the tone for a remarkable client experience. nnOur receptionist:n• Greets clients, guests, coworkers and other legal professionals in a professional and compassionate mannern• Maintains a welcoming and safe environment n• Answers phones and greets clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting mannern• Assesses client need and matches the client with the best-suited legal professionaln• Schedules client meetingsn• Escorts clients to meeting roomsn• Helps to ensure all client needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtuallyn• Maintains office cleanliness and organization of resources, particularly conference room schedulingn• Timely opening of client filesn• Various clerical duties as assignednnWhat we are looking for:n• Friendly, pleasant, upbeat personality and demeanor n• Experience working in a fast-paced environmentn• Previous experience in a customer service environmentn• Ability to multi-taskn• Strong organizational and time-management skillsn• Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft OfficennIt would be even better if you also had...n• High school diploma or equivalentn• Sales/marketing experiencen• Knowledge of Juris and Excel nnThe position is full time in-person, Monday through Thursday 8:30am to 5:30pm and on Friday from 8:30am to 5pm.
