I won't rate it very high at this point since most of the answers that were provided were very high level as in the ones that are already available on google, while my expecation was to get little more insight into the possibilities and advice from the law firm's vast experience with this kind of situation so that I could decide whether to go ahead with the application at this point or give it some more time to have more credible application.
