I just got done with a very complicated buy/sell agreement that needed a lot finesse mixed with legal muscle to get done. Dana was amazing to work with and helped me get everything I needed out of that deal. Also, I have worked with dozens of attorneys and most have poor customer service. Dana made me feel like I was her only client and got back to me very quickly. Dana charges a flat fee for her services and because of the complexity of my deal I think she spent far more time than she anticipated. However, she hasn't said a word about charging me anything additional. I HIGHLY recommend working with her.
