We charge a fee of 50% of your total tax savings for the first year. Meaning if we save you $1,000 dollars on your tax bill we charge you $500. There are two extra fees, an appraisal fee of $75 and a court filing fee of $30. So your total in this case would be $605.

Sentiment Analysis
As others have noted, I filled out a simple form and James and team did the rest; I had tried other companies in the past and some asked me to send extensive documentation and then ultimately walked away.
They saved me thousands of dollars by having my assessment lowered and although the last part took awhile, I just received a substantial and unexpected partial refund on my school taxes.
Seemed a bit suspicious to receive a solicitation like this but it turns out it was legitimate.
I initially did not believe that were going to be successful trying to lower my property assessment in my town at Dutchess county.
We just got our second reduction over the last few years, both successful grievances accomplished by Aventine.
Very good people to deal with.
Aventine was able to work through the entire pandemic and get me a significant reduction in my property taxes.
Excellent Services, very professional.
What an easy process, with a great company.
I was hesitant to respond to Aventine's mail solicitation but speaking with them convinced me it was the right move and I'm happy that I followed my instinct.
