06/16 - I raised my rating from 1 star to 3 after receiving a phone call apologizing and admitting to their mistake, without trying to put the blame on me.
We used H&R Block in the past and AZ SW CPA was definitely more thorough in getting us all of the deductions that were available to us.
They've even guided me through starting my own business and the new tax venture that that brings.
I feel that an accountant needs to excel in two areas: 1) professional, responsive, accurate and 2) clever and foresightful high-level strategic thinking.
! They constantly communicate with me, are very clear on what is needed and when, and they have really helped me understand and minimize my tax liability
