The office was responsive throughout the entire process.

They were very efficient and kept us informed throughout the whole case.
Communication was virtually non-existent, they shuffled lawyers around without keeping me informed, and to top it off, a lawyer I hadn't even spoken to reached out with an insultingly low settlement offer, suggesting I take it because "some money is better than none.
