We will walk you through the foreclosure process and prepare the documents you need. Once we have the basic information from you, we complete the documents for you including the Substitution of Trustee and Declaration of Default to start the process. While CNA is not currently charging an additional fee for preparing the Substitution of Trustee, there is a fee imposed by the County for recording the Substitution of Trustee. The Substitution of Trustee is required to be recorded in the proper County before the Notice of Default can be filed.
