This assessment was AMAZING! Last year, I hired a team member based on their interview answers and trusted that they had solid bookkeeping/accounting knowledge. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case and it didn't take long before I had to let them go. I wasted a lot of time and money. When it came time to hire again, I was very apprehensive until I used the QuickBooks Mastery Assessment! I love that this test isn't just a “true/false” or “what are debits and credits? ” kind of test. This is a skills test that puts the candidates knowledge on display as they complete a mini cleanup project in a real QuickBooks Online account! The project is small enough that a candidate can easily complete it within 2-4 hours, but comprehensive enough for you to learn if they actually know what to do...
