I've never delt with bankruptcy before and was very concerned that I wasn't going to understand what I was being told or that it was going to be so difficulty that everything was going to go over my head.
Brooks listens first and then advised me of the best course of action for my personal situation, ( and does so in a non-judgemental way).
As difficult as it is to file and be in an active bankruptcy, she definitely puts your mind at ease and does everything she can to help you.
