Adam Diamond is friendly, attentive, and listened to what we wanted.
Keen allies are hard to find in the ever changing business of real estate and Adam definitely fits that role.
The only thing I would have liked was to see him push back on the other attorney a bit more in my defense; and when my ex's side was non responsive, to do more following up and setting deadlines with them.
The final paperwork was ready to be signed and delivered to me just a couple days after our first meeting.
I have known Adam as both a lawyer and a person for over 20 years.
They made closing on my first home a breeze.
I luckily went with an attorney who listens, but I did almost hire an awful attorney out of Marengo named Paula Rieghns who likes to drag on cases.
