There is no praise high enough for Dave Dismuke. I emailed a question to the website at 1:30 am and got a call back at 9 am. .. ON SUNDAY. He explained confusing court proceedings that lawyers already involved with the case would not discuss, reframed suspicious actions as benign mistakes and gave me practical advice on resolution, told me early I didn't need him but never once tried to get me off the phone (I talk a lot so that was heroic), answered every single question until I was done, and declined payment when I asked to reimburse him for his time (again, Sunday). I've screened and worked with a lot of law firms in the past very complicated year (personal injury, custody, probate, guardianship) -- some lawyers answered questions without impatience but none came close to Dave's...
