Eastside Mediation & Arbitration
Taking cases to court is expensive and time-consuming, and it often leads to unsatisfactory results. I am Darcia Tudor and I founded Eastside Mediation & Arbitration in 1995 to provide ways for litigants to resolve their disputes in a constructive, less expensive way that leads to fair compromises and more productive outcomes. My King County, Washington practice includes mediation of disputes in collaborative and cooperative divorces, probate and guardianship disagreements, and employment-related differences.

Darcia Tudor challenged me to change some of my beliefs about my situation and confirmed my thoughts, family values, and opinions in many other times in my professional interaction with her.
She was engaging, friendly and direct with all of us and unless you are a bully you shouldn't find anything about her offensive.
As a professional negotiator I can tell you she knew her stuff and kept us on track.
"" When Darcia is working on your case, she is absolutely present and she helps you to see that there is a path to the infinite beautiful possibilities that lie just beyond your ""hopeless"" situation.
Darcia was critical to our ability to understand the problems and develop solutions based on research.
In every parent evaluation, the parent who suffers from significant deficits, whether it is inappropriate use of illegal substances, alcohol or inappropriate behavior, always accuses the evaluator of bias.
In a very short time she has helped me and my children developed a closer relationship than we've had in years.
I personally have had counseling off and on for many years for many different life changing events, and she was the best I have ever worked with.
I think it is rare that you can come out of a divorce with your ex as a friend, and your kid's able to cope with the changes.
She always highlighted the benefits and the risks by asking the right questions and made me feel so confident in her ushering me and my ex husband through the process together.
