Established in 2012, Ferguson Law Office was founded by Amy Ferguson, who later married a fellow Dayton Law Grad and became Amy Bailey. In 2019, Amy became a mother to twins and temporarily shifted her career focus by accepting the position of Magistrate and Court Administrator at Fairborn Municipal Court. In 2022, she recommitted herself to the full-time operation of her law practice while continuing to serve as a Visiting Magistrate.
