I was introduced to Frank back in 2013 after confiding in a friend that I was pursuing a claim of unlawful termination against my former employer. In the 9 years that have passed since then, I've come to think of Frank as a friend. During that time he has guided me and my family through many different circumstances that would have otherwise been very difficult to navigate. He's accessible, patient, and tells it like it is whilst still being kind. In short, the better half of the last decade has been better for knowing Frank.
