Hourly billing is the traditional approach that most law firms use. We keep detailed logs of time spent on your case as counted in six-minute increments. You are charged at the attorney rate for substantive legal work, or paralegal time at a reduced hourly rate. We always strive to be efficient, but with hourly billing any contested issues or unexpected surprises may cause your legal fees to grow larger.
