Elnur Veliev was born in Azerbaijan and moved to the United States when he was ten years old. He graduated from the University of the District of Columbia David A. Clarke School of Law in 2007 and currently practices personal injury law in Maryland and the U.S. District Court for Maryland. For the last five years, Mr. Veliev has received the t honor of being selected to the Super Lawyer Rising Star list for Maryland and has been distinguished as one of America's Top 100 Personal Injury Attorneys.
