Prior to the Appeal Hearing and leading up to it, the staff was always available to answer questions, upload docs promptly and clarify anything else I was unsure of. Not only did they meet with me prior to the hearing. They reached out 30 days prior to discuss and gather additional info about me. We again met before the hearing to finalize the case so Mr. Kavanagh could prepare his questions for the hearing. At the hearing Mr. Kavanagh had extensive notes about my issues and to say he was prepared is an extreme understatement. Besides questions to myself he was right there to provide clarification to the Judge and Vocational Expert.
