I have loved being at Heart to Heart. Jessica has been my rock through the whole experience. She has been so sweet and so helpful and responds right away whenever I needed to talk or needed anything. Mandy has been an awesome babysitter. She was great with my daughter. I never worried about her when she was in her care. The lunch with my adoptive family was great. It was nice to meet them in person and talk and get to know each other better. The apartment was beyond my wildest dreams. It was beautiful and clean and safe. My experience was great, everyone helped and touched me in so many ways. Heart to Heart is the best adoption agency out of many that we worked with, with supportive staff who respond promptly and accurately to adoptive parent needs.
As a birth mother, I couldn’t have asked for a better agency if I had designed one myself.
Heart to Heart literally took time to talk with us over the phone and there were multiple times that we needed to call them because we had questions and every time, they took time to speak with us
Throughout the process, they were encouraging but also realistic (we worked with Darla and she didn't sugarcoat things, but always helped us keep the faith).
We felt like we were in good hands the entire journey, and it took us only a few short months to adopt our sweet baby girl.
When we were matched and traveled for the adoption, we got to meet some of the team and see how much they care.
Our adoption journey was a crazy roller coaster, but their staff was so phenomenal through the entire thing.
We were always in communication, they answered our questions any time we had them, they were patient, gracious, and understanding of our long journey with adoption and desire to start a family.
I couldn't of asked for a better experience and knowing my son went to a loving family and I'll still be able to see and contact my son for years to come.
But I will start by saying my experience with Heart to Heart has been incredible amazing from the time I reached to to the end these guys went far and beyond to making sure I am taking care of during my pregnancy journey.
