My seemingly easy closing on my home had a few things pop up (long illness, timing of work done on the home, speed in which the closing needed to be done).
I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, if needed and I've promoted them to my family and friends.
Overall, a great experience and with Indiana's real estate market as hot as it is, I highly recommend any home seller try to save the real estate commission (the legal fees were much lower than commission would have been) and sell yourself!!
