You will schedule an appointment to speak with one of your tax preparers. During the appointment, we will go over your tax information, any question you have, give tax advice, and we will often give you an estimate of your tax refund/liability. After the meeting, our tax team will check, review, and sign off on your tax return. The tax return is usually finished within two weeks, we will call you when it has been completed. You can request either a paper or a PDF copy of your tax return.

About 10 years ago I made the huge mistake (two years in a row) of not scheduling an appointment with Keith in time and instead, going to HR Block in the 11th hour.
I could go on and on but it all ends up being 6 out of 5 stars!
