Rather than bill you like a corporation like many solo practitioner attorneys do (and BTW, there are some odd/strange characters in the city, to put it lightly), he is extremely effective (he has legal eyes that can read contracts in minutes and has extensive knowledge = high IQ) and resolves matters expeditiously.
He was really patient with some delays I had while I need to negotiate some terms and also he had good response when it was necessary.
