I am very happy with Kahn & Associates and their handling of my Lemon Law Claim against Mercedes Benz USA. From the time I … contacted them online until I received a check was about two months. I had owned my new 2023 MB GLC 300 for about seven months, it was nothing but a headache from day one. MBUSA and the dealer said there was nothing they would do, either put up with it or sell it as there was no fix. After filling out a brief questionnaire with Kahn & Associates they contacted me and said that I qualified for a Buy Back. I settled with the first offer from MBUSA which was giving me back full sales price, sales tax and dealer fees. If it wasn't for Kahn & Associates I would either be still driving the GLC or had lost about $7,000. trade in. Thanks again all at Kahn !
