Prior to founding Klinck Law, Josh practiced law at a boutique firm in Dallas where he gained considerable experience litigating a variety of cases in state and federal courts across Texas. Josh later moved onto a multi-service law firm where he honed his skills in a number of different practice areas including Business and Commercial litigation, family law, probate matters, insurance defense, real estate matters, employment disputes, among others. With experience as both a plaintiff and defense attorney, Josh is familiar with the wide range of tactics that defendants use to gain the upper hand in litigation.
