Katie holds both bachelor's and master's degrees in business administration and has over 20 years of management experience. Katie launched her career in a “Big 5” consulting firm, focused on HR and recruiting operations and business process outsourcing. She went on to build and manage operations for a public university, implementing enrollment management technology and processes for 25+ graduate degree programs. She manages the firm's systems and procedures to ensure efficiency and a positive client experience.
