I have dealt with 2 elder law attorneys in California prior to moving my aunt to Florida. To say that the attorneys and the probate court were thieves would be an understatement. Upon moving my aunt to FL in 2016, I knew that I would need to establish a Guardianship but I didn't know who to contact. I met with a few elder law attorneys in the Pasco County area and I wasn't impressed until I met Jaleh. Jaleh took the time to explain the guardianship process, financial liability, and long-term care decisions. Jaleh understood how important it was for me to have someone I could work with considering that I live 1500 miles away.
