A first step for me in helping individuals become educated and empowered has been to first establish and build a platform of trustworthiness between us—as this initial step helps me to understand the family-law legal issues and assess the unique legal needs of the individual. Just as everyone's family-law circumstances are unique, so are the types of the family-law services a person needs. California family-law services cannot and should not be a “one size fits all” approach.
