I listened to Rajiv on the radio for about 2 years. Then attended one of his free seminars. I had also emailed him for free advice for an elderly neighbor. My opinion of him was that he seemed caring and genuine, so my husband and I hired him to create our legal documents, as well as a lifeplan/roadmap. I found Rajiv to be all I thought he was, plus more. He took the time to get to know us as people. Our hopes and dreams, and our struggles. He talked to us about taking control of our health so we could have a more quality life. Also about realistic planning for where we will live as we age.
